For the purpose of this policy (“Privacy Policy”), wherever the context so requires the term "You" or “Your” or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person, and the term "We", “AL”, "Us", or "Our" shall mean AngelList India.

This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations of India and shall automatically incorporate and comply with any amendments to these laws unless specifically excluded. By using https://www.angellistindia.com (“Website”) and/or providing Your information, You agree to Our collection, storage, processing, transfer, use, and sharing of Your information which may be generic or personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, which may include Your and/or Your organisation’s name, gender email address, postal address, phone number, PAN, Aadhar, date of birth, father name, citizenship, photographs, demat details, financial and commercial information, cancelled cheque details with respect to Your business, any nominee details,  manner of use of the all the services provided by AL on the Website from time to time (“Services”) or any other information you voluntarily provide to Us in any form, way or manner (“Personal Information”) as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We recommend that You read and understand this Privacy Policy thoroughly, as our access to the Website constitutes Your acceptance of its terms and conditions, including Your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the handling of Your information as described.
